How to Track Your Order with Australia Post: A Step-by-Step Guide

Once your order has been packed and your shipping label created, you'll receive an email from us containing your tracking number(s). This email is your key to monitoring your parcel's journey.

Finding Your Tracking Number(s)

  • Email Notification: We will email you your tracking number(s) directly from us as soon as your Australia Post label is printed.
  • Multiple Boxes: For orders that require more than one box, you will receive a separate tracking number for each box. These numbers will be listed in your email, often separated by commas. Please ensure you check carefully for all numbers, as they can sometimes be easily overlooked.

Tracking Your Parcel

You have a few convenient ways to track your delivery:

  • Direct Links: The email you receive from us will contain direct links that take you straight to the Australia Post tracking webpage for each consignment. Simply click these links to see the latest updates.
  • Australia Post Website: You can also visit the official Australia Post tracking webpage directly. Just copy and paste your consignment number(s) from our email into the tracking field.
