Please include your order number(s) in your email. It's also super helpful if you can email us using the same email account that placed the original order. This helps us quickly verify your details and assist you more efficiently.
Important Information Regarding Payments and Shipment Cut-offs
If your order modification results in an additional payment, this payment must be completed before your respective cut-off day for that week's shipment.
If the additional payment isn't received by your cut-off day, your modified order might miss that week's shipment and will be processed in the following shipment cycle.
