My Order Arrived Incomplete. Why Was It Shipped in Multiple Parcels?Updated 2 months ago

We understand it can be confusing when a package arrives and part of your order is missing. In most cases, this is because your order was sent in two or more separate shipments.

Why do you ship in multiple parcels?

We do this for a few key reasons to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition:

  • Size and Safety: Larger or more delicate orders are often split to prevent damage during transit. It's safer to send a few smaller packages than one large, heavy box.
  • Product Availability: Sometimes, different plants in your order may be coming from different sections of our nursery or may become available at slightly different times.

What should I do?

First, please check your email for a second shipping confirmation. You will find an additional tracking number for your second parcel. The first parcel's tracking number will say "delivered," but the second one will still show as "in transit."

Look for more than one tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

How do I find the second tracking number?

Your shipping confirmation email will contain a list of all tracking numbers for your order. If you've received your first parcel, simply click on the remaining tracking link to view its current status.

What if the second parcel doesn't arrive?

The second parcel is very likely still on its way. Please wait a few more days and check the tracking link for updates.

If the second parcel has not been delivered after 7 business days from the first delivery, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
